李华北是一位资深的技术服务专家，在广州赛宝认证中心担任技术总监职务。在IT行业有20年以上的工作经历，在软件开发、项目管理、质量管理、产品测试工作方面具有丰富的经验，主持过多项CAD/CAM系统、工业控制系统、信息管理系统及网络系统的软件开发和测试；对模式识别和图像处理系统开发具有较深的研究。同时长期从事质量管理工作，擅长管理与技术的有机结合，尤其在软件测量分析领域具有深厚的研究。根据丰富的实践经验，主持编写并出版了《过程改进基本原理及CMMI实施》、《IT服务管理及CMMI-SVC实施》、《度量方法及高成熟度管理》等著作，同时还发表了几十篇与软件工程相关的论文。

Meanwhile, Dr Li has been engaged in quality management for a long time and skilled at combining management with technology, especially in the field of software measurement and analysis. Based on abundant practice experience, Dr Li wrote and published the following books: Process Improvement Basic Principle and CMMI Implementation, IT Service Management and CMMI - SVC Implementation, Measurement Method and High Maturity Management, etc., and also published dozens of papers related to software engineering.
